Ko-fi - New Online Store
After some consideration, I have decided to migrate my online store to Ko-fi. The existing store was becoming unsustainable due to high monthly costs that weren't being recuperated.
Ko-fi generates it's income by taking a revenue share of any sales/income I make through the platform, therefore it costs me nothing unless I'm making sales, and even then it is only a maximum of 5% of what I make. So, although I lose an online store that is hosted on my own platform, my costs are reduced and Ko-fi offers additional ways of generating income, via tips/donations, offering commissions and paid memberships much like Patreon. On that point, I am considering moving away from Patreon also, and have Ko-fi also fill that role.
Any discount codes from the previous store can still be redeemed in the Ko-fi store, provided they have not expired.
The store contact email is still store@andyjclarke.co.uk, and any queries regarding the new and/or old stores can be directed there.
